PROCESSED BEEF BLACK PEPPER

MATERIALS AND HERBS
1 kg of beef
200 grams of pineapple cut into pieces (optional)
1/2 red bell pepper cut in triangles
1/2 green bell pepper also cut triangle
1/2 onion diced
6 cloves garlic crushed
2 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste mashed
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon bouillon powder or to taste
200 ml water
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved using less water
5 tablespoons cooking oil

HOW TO MAKE
Boil beef with water along with the pineapple until tender, remove and drain further cut into thin slices or according to taste.
Heat oil and saute the onion and seasoning mashed until fragrant. Insert pieces of red and green peppers and insert the pieces of meat and mix well.
Pour water, with salt, bouillon powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce and the tomato sauce and stir evenly. After boiling, and broth rather shrink enter the solution cornstarch, stir and cook until sauce thickens and mature and then turn off the heat, remove and ready to be served.
