Dumplings TUNA
Ingredients:
300 grams of shrimp and tuna, smooth blender
6 tablespoons tapioca flour
1/2 fruit squash, grated, squeezed and drained
1/2 carrot, grated
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp fish sauce
How to make:
1. Grate the carrots and squash, mixed into 1 (reserving the grated carrots for garnish above siomaynya later) grated usually watery, may be squeezed until the water feels diminished.
2. Blender tuna & shrimp until smooth. Mixed into grated carrot and chayote earlier.
3. Puree the garlic and pepper, then stir-fry (so as not to smell of raw onions) for those who like the scent of garlic can without sauteed, direct input into the dough only.
4. Combine all ingredients earlier and enter the spices, and stir until all well blended. Put into a dumpling skin, then steamed until the maturity level you want. Dumplings prepared tuna served with peanut sauce.
