BLACK PEPPER BEEF MANTAP ORIGINAL INDONESIA


Ingredients:
Daing 150 grams of beef, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons black pepper
3 large green chilies, thinly sliced
Salt to taste
sugar to taste
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

How to make:
1. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Insert the meat and stir well. Wait until the meat is half cooked, add black pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and green peppers. Stir well.
3. Cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, and taste the meat until completely cooked.
